A fiddly but important little job which Gumption handled with their usual patience and attention to detail. Communication was great as always and I was able to explain the nuances of the job to the team much quicker than I had anticipated. I feel that the team has a very deep understanding of my business now, due tot their genuine interest, so jobs just get easier and easier to delegate the more i work with them.
